Leading asset valuation and disposal specialists SIA Group have been shortlisted for Asset Valuer/ Auctioneer of the Year at the 2017 TRI Awards. The firm will find out whether it’s won on Wednesday 18 October at a glittering ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London.

The business has grown exponentially from one office in Brighton in 2011 to six offices today in London, Manchester, Southampton, Ware, Bicester and Brighton.

The aim is to make SIA Group the UK’s leading independent asset valuation, advisory and disposal firm.

Operations Director Matt Earl said: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for these prestigious industry awards, which is recognition of the hard work and dedication put in by everyone in the team. We are growing fast as shown by our recent expansion into Southampton and launching of property valuation services and ambitious to develop further.”

SIA Group has been involved in numerous notable assignments in the past year across various sectors having worked on BHS, HMV, Allied Healthcare and Rizonjet.

The TRI Awards will follow the TRI: Special Situations and Turnaround Conference. The awards are sponsored by Capa and run by Athene Publishing.
