SIA Group is proud to have successfully attained the Hellios FSQS Stage 2 qualification, a benchmark used by major UK banks and financial institutions when selecting suppliers.
As the regulated environment becomes more complex, the Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS) provides a standard and simple mechanism for collecting and managing supplier compliance assurance information.
FSQS is currently used by 8 major banks and other financial services institutions: The Bank of England, Lloyds Banking Group, Metro Bank, Santander, Shawbrook, TSB, Aldermore, Clydesdale Bank, LV=, Arbuthnot Latham, Bank of Ireland, Nationwide and Weatherbys.
The FSQS is designed to improve the overall standard, quality and performance of suppliers to the financial services industry, demonstrating internationally the efficacy of UK suppliers and introducing a more efficient and cost-effective process across buying organisations.
The rigorous accreditation process requires suppliers to be audited against FSQS requirements in the areas of: Business continuity, Financial, Insurance, Health & Safety, IT Security, Anti-Bribery, Recruitment, Operational Risks, Fraud, GDPR, Responsible Business Governance, Environmental and Sustainability.
Matt Earl, Operations Director of SIA Group commented: “FSQS accreditation demonstrates our strong commitment to compliance, responsible business practice and operational transparency and underpins our credentials within the financial services industry.”
