An Extraordinary Year

2018 was a record year on SIA Group’s incredible journey to date. Our team has travelled the globe and our independent asset appraisals and collateral due diligence continue to support asset-based lenders and financial sponsors in some of the largest leveraged buyouts and re-financings of mid-market companies. Additionally, we have worked on a significant number of high profile restructuring and retail assignments providing independent valuation advice and maximising recovery.

A few highlights of the past year are listed above.

In 2019 we aim to grow the team as we expect to see a higher level of event-driven activity and larger structured All-Asset/Private Equity transactions and restructuring activity. We have welcomed Adrian Talathi and Kirsty Lidbury, ex Head of Audit for RBSIF and Shawbrook respectively, to the team. Additionally, we will be looking to grow our restructuring and retail valuation offering across all our UK offices and welcome Jon Locke as Project Manager and Liam Godenho as Assistant Appraiser.
