Leading asset valuation, advisory and disposal specialist, SIA Group, is delighted to announce the appointment of Dan Cotterill as Inventory Appraiser & Manager Transactional Support to its growing Asset Based Lending (ABL) Services team. A qualified accountant with over 16 years’ experience in financial services having worked at PNC, Burdale (Wells Fargo) and Baker Tilly, Dan’s analytical ability and deep knowledge of structuring large, complex ABL transactions will build on the Group’s strong reputation for high quality deliverables.

From a lender perspective, I have worked with the team for around a decade and have seen the business grow and support many of the largest leveraged buyouts of mid-market companies in the UK, in addition to their involvement in a number of very high profile restructuring assignments. As well as working with a highly regarded team, I am looking forward to the technical aspects of my role, particularly in terms of extending my business restructuring and turnaround skills and getting behind the numbers for each assignment.”
