Leading independent asset valuation, advisory and disposal business, SIA Group, has appointed Hugh Dorins to lead its new Property Services Division, which will focus on commercial property valuations, disposals and leasing advisory services.

The new Property Services Division ensures that SIA Group is one of the only independent valuation, advisory and disposal specialists in the UK with complete in-house, multi-asset, capability.

Hugh, a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Law of Property Act Receiver, has been providing property valuation and disposal services to the financial sector and corporate clients for over 20 years. Prior to joining SIA Group he worked for Gordon Brothers, Edward Symmons and CBRE in senior roles.

Hugh will focus on delivering property valuation advice across UK and Europe to Asset Based Lenders, Financial Sponsors and Restructuring Practitioners and project manage the disposal of property assets.
