An opportunity exists to purchase the Company/business and assets of the Company, which operate as a premium pump manufacturer and service provider

Interested parties are invited to register their level of interest. Access to additional information will be provided on receipt of signed non‐disclosure agreement.

Due to financial pressures within the business we are looking to complete a sale as soon as possible. We are therefore requesting that indicative offers are to be submitted by close of business on 14th February 2018 to be supported by proof of funding. A purchaser must be able to complete immediately.
