Leading independent asset valuation, advisory and disposal business, SIA Group, has appointed Matt Brumpton MRICS as Property Appraiser within its Property Services Division.

SIA Group Property Services has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2017 and is one of the only independent valuation, advisory and disposal specialists in the UK with complete in-house, multiasset capability.

Matt is a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience of property valuations, disposals and property asset management. Prior to joining SIA Group he held positions at the Cooperative Group and CBRE. During his time with the Cooperative Group Matt worked on a large and complex surplus property portfolio and led numerous multi property disposal projects, as well as specialising in formulating and delivering property solution strategies across all property sectors. He has worked on projects throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.

Matt, who is based at our Manchester office, is a welcome addition to the fast-growing team and will provide property valuation and disposal advice to lenders, primarily in the Asset Based Lending Sector and to restructuring & recovery professionals.
