An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of Grosvenor Chemicals Limited, one of the two UK manufacturing arms of the Whyte Group Limited; one of the largest UK privately owned companies in the chemical distribution market.

Grosvenor Chemicals Limited is split into four business units; fine chemicals, PVA emulsions, formulation and filling, and contract packaging. Products are used for a variety of industries including agrochemicals, adhesives, pharmaceutical and household & industrial cleaning products.
