An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a southern based Tech Business providing IT services, Cloud, Voice, Mobile and Connectivity services on a B2B basis.

The company has 4 experienced employees with a sole Director each currently home working. The business has traded successfully with a reputable loyal client base but has encountered recent cash flow difficulties.

- Website
- Intellectual property
- Digital/Social media assets
- Goodwill
