Assets for sale include:

- Office Furniture & Computer Equipment - Stock
- Intellectual Property / Goodwill / Trading Name - Ecommerce website
- Domain name, Digital/Social Media Assets - Customer List

A sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity. Any offers for the business must be submitted by no later than 12pm on 30 June 2020.

Access to additional information will be provided on receipt of signed NDA. All offers should be supported by proof of funding and no late offers will be accepted. A purchaser must be able to complete immediately and it is preferred that payment in full is made upon completion.
