An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a specialist film studio building contractor.

The business has previously won construction contacts with prominent film studios within England, credited with the speed and ease of their structure’s assembly process.

The business was incorporated in October 2019 by its two directors of which one remains as the sole director and employee.

The business has been trading with success for a year prior but has recently encountered cash flow difficulties.

Assets for Sale:
• Motor Vehicle (subject to outstanding finance)
• Tools and Equipment
• Domain name
• The right to use the trading name
• Marketing material
• The right to reference previous works carried out

Interested parties are requested to specifically deal and formally register their interest with Richard Kelly or Jack Gingles at SIA Group, who are acting as Agents on behalf of the proposed Administrators.

A sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity. Any offers for the business must be submitted by no later than midday (12:00) Friday 28th August 2020.
