An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a niche travel operator that creates, markets and sells retreat style holidays. The company specialises in the supply of environmentally conscious, retreat style activity holidays and has developed a lifestyle brand and following since it started trading in 2014.

- The company has encountered recent cash flow difficulties brought about by the pandemic and subsequent travel restrictions.
- Turnover of c£285k as per management accounts (Sept 21 - Dec 2021)
- Trading history and key relationships with accommodation providers (subject to negotiation)
- Currently employs 2 members of staff whilst also supplementing local teams in key positions with freelancers to facilitate the functions of the business.

Assets for sale:
- Hotel fittings and IT equipment
- Forward bookings
- Social media presence
- Goodwill/Brands/Trading names etc.
- Mail list and databases
- Existing holiday/activity packages
