An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a UK business, asset-backed cleantech and renewable energy company that has developed an innovative, low-cost technology able to convert any type of organic waste into a valuable solid biofuel. Recently voted Top Cleantech start-up in UK and Top Cleantech start-up in Europe. UK Government is invested via Future Fund.
The business has hit all major milestones to date and generated significant interest but requires a purchaser with the appetite for funding the final stages of development and monetisation.
Interested parties are requested to specifically deal and formally register their interest with Kevin Counihan at SIA Group, who are acting as Agents on behalf of the proposed Administrators.
A sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity. All expressions of interest must be registered by no later than 24th October 2023.
