SIA Group has an excellent opportunity to acquire partial rights to a legal claim against an insurance company based in Cameroon from a UK-based entity (the “Claimant”).
The origins of the claim relate to an incident that occurred at a gas well, which the Claimant and its fellow co-claimants suffered significant financial loss from. An insurance claim was made to the project’s insurers by the Claimant and co-claimants, which was initially rejected. This rejection has been challenged by the Claimant and its co-claimants, which forms the basis of the potential legal claim.
Acquiring the rights to the proceeds from this legal claim offers a compelling opportunity for investors seeking high-reward potential in the litigation finance sector.
Please note that an opportunity also exists to acquire the shares in the parent company of one of the co-claimants described above, and we encourage interested parties to get in contact for further information.
All expressions of interest should be registered by no later than Monday 19 August 2024 at 12pm (BST).
Final offers must be submitted by Monday 26 August 2024 at 12pm (BST).
Offers are invited for the Claimant’s minority stake in the legal claim. All offers must include proof of funding.
