SIA Group is offering an excellent opportunity to purchase the intellectual property assets of Duvas Technologies Limited, which is the developer of a portable device to detect a multitude of gases through the use of ultraviolet absorption spectrometry for the purpose of monitoring air pollution.

The device is underpinned by the Company’s patented technology, which facilitates the detection and analysation of 14 gases, including dangerous pollutants such as benzene, to parts per billion concentration levels in real time.

The Company’s technology has been fully commercialised and has a strong track record of performance across a range of sectors including Oil & Gas and Environmental Protection,with further opportunities for commercialisation in the Defence and Emergency Incidents sectors.

Assets:

- Granted utility patent portfolio underpinning the Company's use of UV spectroscopy in the detection of gases.
- Source code underpinning proprietary software platform utilised by customers to review findings and map the presence of gases.
- Organisational knowledge including build manuals, mechanical and engineering drawings.
