An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets including Intellectual property and global rights to the products of an innovative UK based Carbon Neutral Bock Manufacturer.

The company was incorporated in 2006 and has invested significantly in developing a lightweight ‘building’ block manufactured from fibre cellulose containing a mixture of 89% recycled/ secondary aggregates that has the potential to revolutionise the construction sector.

The company has successfully built a prototype plant and has gained traction with market leaders from samples released over the last 2 to 3 years.

A sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity. All expressions of interest must be registered by no later than 23rd October 2018.
