SIA Group are excited to present the opportunity to acquire the intellectual property assets of Nye Health Limited, a platform to facilitate collection of data to improve patient health outcomes.

Incorporated in 2019, Nye Health has developed a B2B2C white-label platform offering a suite of patient-facing tools to facilitate data capture for clients across the pharmaceutical, life science and healthcare sectors, without the significant cost and time required to develop bespoke apps for this purpose.

Capturing real world data from a range of sources including surveys, medical records and newer technologies including face scanning, the platform analyses and processes the data into actionable insights for clients and patients.

The platform has a broad range of use cases including bespoke research initiatives and clinical drug trials, and Nye Health has previously partnered with Roche to combine patient data from a variety of sources including wearables to provide a comprehensive overview of patient health over a period of time.
