SIA Group is excited to present Project Atlas, a unique investment opportunity in Cameroon’s burgeoning natural gas industry. This opportunity involves the acquisition of a holding company with sole ownership of a prominent gas business which owns a majority interest in a well-established gas field nearing the end of its active production life, with further exploration potential for several promising prospects.
The trading business’s operational gas field has a proven track record of consistent production, contributing significantly to the region’s energy supply. Although the field is nearing the end of its productive life, it still offers remaining reserves that can be maximised with innovative extraction techniques.
The trading business also held an exploration license for an unexplored field with multiple exploration prospects, each with substantial potential for new gas discoveries. These prospects are strategically located in geologically promising areas, supported by preliminary seismic data indicating significant gas deposits. Although this license lapsed in December 2023, an application for renewal has been submitted and is currently being considered.
A deadline for expressions of interest has been set for Wednesday 14th August 2024 at 12pm (BST). A deadline for offers has been set for Thursday 22nd August 2024 at 12pm (BST).
Offers are invited for the shares of the Company. All offers must include proof of funding.
