An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the Company/business and assets of the Company, which operates in London and the South as a leading office refurbishment company servicing business sectors including commercial offices, retail, education, health and numerous public and local authority buildings.

We understand that Business has traded for 40 years and has built relationships with a number of repeat high turnover customers.
The Company itself was incorporated in 2003 and trades from both freehold and leased premises.

- Freehold Property (charged)
- Leasehold Property
- Goodwill
- Stock
- Motor Vehicles (subject to finance)

Due to financial pressures within the business we are looking to complete a sale as soon as possible. We are therefore requesting that indicative offers are to be submitted by close of business on 10 April 2018 to be supported by proof of funding. A purchaser must be able to complete immediately.
