An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the Intellectual Property (‘IP’) of an EdTech and FinTech mobile app business that applies deep data and Artificial Intelligence (‘AI’) technologies to develop and drive recurring revenue B2B applications.
With the core platform validated in the EdTech market across a blue-chip client base, the launch App targets the wealth manager segment of the FinTech market. The EdTech App applied commercially to enhance data aggregation, test algorithm logic and determine launch market. The FinTech App applied the platform and knowledge gained to create an App delivering solutions to the wealth management sector. Both Apps have been published.
Monetised on a Software-as-a-Service (‘SaaS’) model and delivered via desktop and mobile Apps, the company’s AI platform’s FinTech App combines the analytics, tools and knowledge essential for managers to grow productivity and for investors to accelerate returns.
In addition to the founders’ proprietary AI and deep data IP core, the company benefits from over £5m invested in a B2B AI platform targeting areas underserved by consumer-focused competitors.
