SIA Group is excited to present a unique opportunity to acquire the intellectual property assets relating to Project Flame, a third-person action RPG video game currently under development. Built on Unreal Engine 5 and designed for PC and next-generation games consoles, the title represents the cutting edge of cooperative gameplay and immersive world-building.

Developed by a prominent next-generation media company with a strong track record in the industry, the dark fantasy, souls-like game focuses upon cooperative multiplayer gameplay for up to four players to tackle challenging missions across an expansive world featuring dynamic environments, rich storytelling and a responsive combat system.

To date, the game has received c.$10m of investment, and represents a fantastic opportunity for a developer or publisher to finalize development and position the game as a flagship title within a franchise. Significant potential also exists to create additional revenue streams including via advertising, in-game transactions and DLC.
