An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of an aviation security risk management company based in the South East of England.

The business was incorporated in April 2017, attracting significant seed investment, and pioneers data-led risk management techniques. The company now have a fully functioning prototype product which offers instantaneous airspace risk assessments for all countries and c. 51,000 airports.

The company aim to become the industry standard systematic flight risk assessment provider over the next 5 -7 years.

Interested parties are requested to specifically deal and formally register their interest with Stephen Readman at SIA Group, who are acting as Agents on behalf of the Administrator. It is intended that a sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity and all offers should be received by no later than midday Friday 20 July 2018.
