An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a well established contract cleaning business based in the South West. The company provides cleaning services to a diverse range of clients in the Southwest of England, including educational establishments, medical organizations, and commercial entities. For educational clients, the company offers a complimentary specialist deep clean service in the first contract year, along with additional services such as hard floor refurbishments and kitchen deep cleans. Approximately 80% of the company's business comes from serving education establishments, with a typical contract period of three years, extendable for an additional two years before a new tender is required under UK government legislation.

It is intended that a sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity and all expressions of interest must be registered by no later than midday Wednesday 22 November 2023.
