The company supplies a wide range of party equipment and cake decorations to some of the most well-known retailers across the UK and the EU, and operates as the European hub for a US-based supplier in the sector. The company’s range of party products includes tableware, balloons, party accessories and edible sugar decorations which are designed and manufactured by the company. The company’s key suppliers are based in China and the USA.
It is intended that a sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity and all expressions of interest must be registered by no later than midday Friday 1st December, with a deadline for final offers on midday Wednesday 6th December.
