An opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of the Company, which operates as a national haulier with a supplementary pallet heat treatment plant and warehousing facility.

Business Overview:

- Company operates as a nationwide haulier with 17 refrigerated vehicles and a supplementary pallet heat treatment plant and warehousing facility.

- Business was established in 1970 and has a number of key longstanding customers

- Turnover of c. £2.6m for the period 1 April 2016 to 31 October 2017.

- Currently trades from leased premises which is due to expire at the end of December 2018

- Employs 21 staff who are paid weekly.

- Plant and Machinery

- Goodwill/Intellectual Property

- Stock - Motor Vehicles (owned and leased) - Interested parties must hold a valid Operators Licence.

Interested parties are requested to formally register their interest with Simon Jones at SIA Group, who are acting as Agents on behalf of the proposed administrators. A sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity. All expressions of interest must be registered by no later than 17th January 2017.
