Business Opportunity:

The Company operates a television channel on the Sky, Virgin and Freesat networks. It is primarily focused on the cycling consumer and enthusiast, from those new to the sport to the more experienced cyclist. The channel has a small but dedicated and affluent audience. It was created in 2015 with a view to expanding the business of the larger international group in to the UK sector. This opportunity is restricted to the UK business only. Initial losses caused in the set‐up and entry to the market. The parent has declined to invest further funds as it focused on other opportunities. The Company has approximately 15 staff and operates from leasehold premises in South London. Interested parties are requested to specifically deal and formally register their interest with Kevin Counihan at SIA Group, who are acting as Agents on behalf of the proposed Administrators. A sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity. All expressions of interest must be registered by no later than 31st August 2017.
